4 starts because the manager was good. The front staff...I'll just say can use some retraining! Major issue after instructions weren't followed but the manager made good on the situation. Great Job!.
What User doesn't like about New Hunan:
First time here and I Ordered boneless spareribs combo platter and golden fingers. The spare ribs were fatty and golden fingers were basically just batter with alittle chicken inside. Definitely not the best but not the worst either. One thing that I didn’t like was the egg roll that came with the combination platter. It had no meat inside just cabbage. View all feedback.
