What Jenny Maurer likes about Back-factory:
Very nice people there. Needed urgently to the toilet due to chronic Darmerkrankung and the station toilet had closed. I was desperate and helpless. I asked and said what was going on. The staff left me in the bathroom and I am grateful to them: View all feedback.

What Mary Ch doesn't like about Back-factory:
I ordered a surprise bag over toogoodtogo and could have picked it up between 18:45-19:00. Unfortunately, I did not find the location directly and therefore arrived a minute too late when the business had already closed. Two employees were still clean up.
