La scarpetta is a small restaurant very close to us, to which we often go. her eating is always very good and fresh, her kitchen is really Italian (I am Italian, they can believe me) and her personal is always polite and smily. that in berlin do not give for granted. each day they offer a different selection of dishes: vegetarian and not. salads, pasta, second dishes, everything is very tasty and very well made. I highly recommend who is in the opposite. they are usually open from 12 to 17 next to Friday when they are open until 22 . they only accept cash payments.
Family-run Italian restaurant with amazing eating. during the week plus Saturday it is only open during the midday, but on Friday you can also enjoy a nice evening meal there. the menu is compact and cheerful amazing. we tried the salat with huh and parmesan, second. we had with cauliflower and risotto with spargel. all very good and fresh!

I love this place. Today I had the simplest pasta dishes, spaghetti alla siciliana. at la scarpetta, it means so much more excellent choice of pasta, never blande, always a bit rough to absorb the aromes well. I admit I could do anything at home. the pasta and the toppings. who hasn't done this in business? sardelle, caperi, qualche oliva, pomodorini, prezzemolo, un po' d'aglio e basta. but it is just so beautiful when they do it for them, waiting included and a glass of their beautiful trebbiano. Yes, to lunch.
On a rather nonscript stretch toward the south end of Wilmersdorfer Str we welcome a tiny new Italian daytime bistro to our kiez, featuring salads, pasta, sandwiches, and take away food and wine. It's not that Italian stuff always sells they're really good, and they...put quite some effort into remodeling the place! On my second visit, I had orecchiette with a sauce of fave and pancetta simple and simply delicious! A small glass of Grillo avec and they made my day. Also good: their coffee, the bar facing the street for people watching, tab water for self service if you want it. Also, if you rather eat a small portion of pasta, just ask. Mine was so generous I had to leave the half of it. On the downside they're not exactly a bargain place, and it would suit them well to offer a business lunch around their wonderful primi.
