Wir sind Stammgäste (ist man das bei mindestens einmal im Monat?), weil der Service familiär und freundlich ist. Wechselnde Wochenkarte mit Saisonware (Spargel, Pfifferlinge, Oktoberfest), Dauerkarte mit Klassikern wie Bauernfrühstück oder Kalbsleber. Noch angemessene Preise bei guter bis sehr guter Qualität. Vielleicht hatten wir einfach nur Pech bei unserer Bestellung, vielleicht hätte aber auch der Koch einen schlechten Tag. Bei den durchgehend guten Bewertungen muss man wohl davon ausgehen.Das Fleisch auf der Marende Platte war halbroh (Schwein), wabbelig (Hähnchen) und zäh (Rind).
