I have booked a table online for holy evening on pho xberg. When we came to the restaurant, we found out that it was closed, and no one told us that it was not open for bookings. Thanks to the bad online system of the restaurant, which is clearly not regularly updated, we had to wander around berlin holy evening and look for an open restaurant that was not booked out.
