"Du début à la fin, tout était parfait! Les amateurs de bières sont comblés par leur très longue carte. Excellent service, sympathique et rapide. Utilisation de produits locaux. Mentions spéciales au bouchée de mac n' cheese et au poêlon d'agneau à la bière noire accompagné de sa purée de pommes de terre et de sa salade betterave-féta. Le fish n' chips est aussi délicieux. Je m'y suis régalée et j'y retournerai! Réservation nécessaire parce qu'il y a toujours foule."

"They have very good equipment, the finest there is for making excellent coffee. Unfortunately they seem to be lacking a good barista. I burnt my tongue with a single espresso and they answered as if it's perfectly normal. They knew the machine was set to 94 C (201 F) but they probably have no idea if it's actually coming out at that temperature. Too bad. They roast their own beans on site so they're wasting really fresh grinded coffee! We also had a latte which was very good to taste but very thick foam (cappucino style, NOT latte). Overall spent 50$ there and they didn't even offer me another shot. I guess they wouldn't even know how to adjust the temperature on their Aurelia."

"This place has such a great selection of classic comfort foods from poutine to hamburgers, wraps and even ice cream and other dairy treats! All very reasonably priced too.They don't skimp out on the serving size either. Got a large poutine, comes in those round aluminum dishes, and it had a mountain of cheese that passed the top of the plate."

"Dined at La Fougasse for lunch. Was surprised how nice it was inside. Started with a cup of carrot and honey soup. Great way to warm the insides after being outside on a chilly day. For main I had the flank steak. It came with mashed potato, mixed veggies and coleslaw. The flank steak arrives still sizzling on a cast iron skillet. That was one fantastic flank steak. So flavorful. For dessert we had a German cake with sauce. It was a nice dense cake and the sauce was rich. Perfect way to finish my lunch. Great service."
