"Rating a fast food place is weird. I mean, we've all probably been to an a&w and thought it was fine before right? This place is different. Every time I visit the food is unbelievably fresh and tastes amazing. I understand the hype around root beer floats now too. I've never had them this good before. Plus the dining room is a time capsule; a mini museum of drive thru history. One has to imagine that this is exactly how grandma remembers it. Highly recommended."

"Wow! I never thought I’d find such great southern food in a small northern town. The grits were thick, creamy and buttery. The biscuit was huge, and the side of gravy I ordered was amazing. Don’t get the food to go like I did this is food you need to eat hot and at the restaurant."

"I have been here a few times and it is quickly becoming a favorite. Every dish I've tried has been amazing. The Lemon Creme Angel is one of my favorites. Even my daughter's Mac and cheese was out of this world. The desserts are amazing, they taste like they should cost triple the price! The service is great, the owner is very friendly. I recommend!"

"We moved to Lyons last fall and discovered Julie's Thai Kitchen a few months ago. The food is delicious! Everything is made fresh to order and everything that we have tried so far has been amazing. We'll definitely be back."
