I tried Eric's for the first time since I started living in Berthoud. I don't understand how this place is still in business. Everything was horrible. The chicken was rubbery, the noodles were incredibly salty and the wontons had zero filling and weren't cooked all the way through. I will be driving to either Loveland or Longmont to my tried and true Asian food places the next time I get a craving. read more.
