"Stopped in here because the Cat Cafe in Loveland was too expensive $60 just for my family of five to get in the door), and wanted something that caters to my gluten intolerance. I saw blue corn and taco, and knew I was in for a treat. I started with their fresh blue corn chips with a great salsa and guacamole, and then they were kind enough to make a burrito with the blue corn tortillas for no upcharge. I had the smothered chicken burrito and found the filling hot, fresh, and flavorful. My family enjoyed different dishes from regular burritos to quesadillas, and even a salad, and we all left impressed. Do yourself a favor, stop in, fill your hungry belly with great food, and support your local business. "Great place for burgers and salads. We had the build-your-own burgers and there were plenty of add-ons and condiments to customize your burger. Vegetarian options for the burger patty, too.
