Amazing! I can't even tell you how often people recommend this place and I finally tried it for my son's birthday. The cake was incredible! All parents at the party are now also big fans of Clays. I gave them a general idea with some numbers my son wanted, and they exceeded my expectations! People there are also very human, friendly and grounded. Will definitely visit again and again! Clay is the only place where we go to cake. You have so many beautiful custom cakes for us for parties, brides cakes and wedding cake! They taste as good as they look. Our guests always go crazy about them!

Clay’s has always been a favorite for special cakes that also taste delicious. But this year for my son’s 3rd birthday, Clay’s went above and beyond and surpassed my expectations with their kindness and customer service. My son was hospitalized with the flu the day before his party. I called Clay’s to ask if we could postpone the order, knowing that it was beyond the timeframe for cancellations for a custom order. Sarah was so kind and went out of her way to talk to Denise and make an exception. They gave me a full refund for the cake, even though it had already been baked that morning. Other businesses would not take your special family circumstances into account when they have a cancellation policy in place. I was blown away. We postponed the party, and reordered the same cake, which was delicious and adorable as always. Thank you, Clay’s. You have a customer for life.
