we ate in the evening during a stay in bessans. the place is beautiful and the service was friendly, without English menu they had to translate and explain and did it with much geduld. it serves dishes of local regional cuisine that. a quantity of cheese and pork fat (lardon) used with very dominant taste. eating is tasty, but heavy and the portion is huge, so either come with a very big appetit or share a dish.
