What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
First, the pizza took twice as long to come here as something was approached, and it is not here yet. It was over 1.5 hours and after the call to see what?s going with the order, we are told that there was only one driver and the team member who was supported was extremely rude and not helpful. Pizza was great. The manager here is super, very polite. The only negative at this point is that they do not seem to get enough delivery drivers, I had to pick up several times, because extended waiting times during delivery.
For all who choose the delivery, I would suggest that you try to order it on the app so that you get it yourself. There is always this possibility to drive to the farm and take it out. That would be an important approach. I did it several times, and I have hardly any problems.
The service was friendly and the atmosphere was fun however the toppings on my pizza were skimpy. Plus I ordered garlic parmesan wings and receive barbecue. I was hungry and ready to go so I didn't have them remake it.
Staff all the way up to management very polite oh and the food was good to lol
