I actually didn't go in, but my husband did and said it was clean, good sanitary and very customer-oriented. Our t/o order included a vegetarian baker and a bbq chicken baker. Presentation is the key, and they have not disappointed. When we came home, our orders were just as we did them and the ingredients were fresh!!!!!! Required spices were also in the bag.
