The food here is excellent! A real delight! The carne asada burrito is the best! It has just the right ratio of juicy to char..with a hint of zesty lime beneath. It is big enough to fill you up too. I hate going to the doctors all the time, but honestly if I get to treat myself to this flavor filled torpedo of deliciousness, I will gladly drive through crazy traffic and see a million doctors just to eat here! America's Taco Shop is a chain from Phoenix. The last time was in Phoenix I stopped at a 24 hour taco place where the staff was wrestling a carafe of coffee from a homeless man. This place in the NEX was a step up from that, but still pretty authentic. Not the best, but about as authentic as it gets for a chain restaurant in the Exchange.
