We had a lovely afternoon tea at Hartsfield Manor. The staff were warm and welcoming, professional but friendly. Our only complaint was that once we were seated and our tea and food had been brought to us we were forgotten about. I had to leave the table to find a member of staff to ask for our fizz to be brought over, and at no point did anyone check in or offer us more tea or coffee. This was a shame as the rest of... the staff were friendly and accommodating, as our time changed. The tea itself was really good and fresh (better than the one I had at the Ritz a few years ago)! My request for brown bread sandwiches only was met. No complaints. View all feedback.
