"Reliable late night fast food. I do not remember any time that my order at this place was wrong (whether forgotten items or wronged), so that is really a plus in my book compared to my experience with some other restaurants in the area. Rally's doesn't have much change, but what it does is classic food that you can get almost every hour, and that is sometimes what you need."

"Went to the Edwardsville location to celebrate my wife's birthday and had a rather terrible experience. The waitress (young blonde girl) was more than terrible. She was nowhere to be found most of the time. When you did see her she was playing on her phone. Couldn't get refills, my nephew got his meal and root beer float (was all foam and a spoonful of melted ice cream) probably 30 minutes after everyone else got their meals because she forgot and for some reason found funny. Food was good though I guess."
