We waited 25 minutes from the time we got there till we got our food. Also the lady taking orders was pretty frustrated with her coworkers and customers and talking very loudly. I can understand her frustration with how busy it was but to show it that much is not good customer service. The food was ok. I would not recommend the new American roast beef sandwich.
