I mean it is a franchise and is consistent. Ideally I prefer a Cold Stone, but because of the convenience of this location makes it an easy choice. They definitely have a good selection of hard ice cream but lack in topping selection. Lots of take home ice cream and cake selection. Good place for quick ice cream or shake to go. What Jessica James doesn't like about Carvel Express:
I went to carvel last night and ordered a medium cake carvalanche. The cup wasn't filled all the way up with ice cream and I had to ask for whipped cream. When whipped cream was put on, it was barly anything and did not fill the dome lid on top. I've been to carvel before,and don't remember it being so skimpy on the serving size.
