We went to the Chop House when it was under Emerils name at the Sands Casino. The food was ok then. We were so pleasantly surprised that the Chop House is so much better now. From Appetizers to a filet that you could cut with a fork, everything was delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.
