Cobalt Cafe - Bethlehem

What Molly U likes about Cobalt Cafe:
The buffet was not open for a while because of the pandemic. I'm very glad it has reopened in the last year because they have made some changes that are very significant. They always have ribs, chicken, baked fish as well as many different sides to choose from. There is always a pizza and pasta bar open where you can choose your favorite toppings and sauces. What Evan M doesn't like about Cobalt Cafe:
First time at Steelworks, located adjacent to the Wind Creek Casino. A comfort food menu with a midday buffet option is what they offer. I kept it simple with a Reuben and a Diet Coke. The soda lemons still had stickers on them. The Reuben was a nice size and came with fries, but overall, it was a below average sandwich. 3 stars as the people were nice and it's reasonably priced for waiter service, but I'd rather go...
