I would have given 1 star, but the customer service is decent. as stated in an earlier review, the employees must be trained to make the smoothies the right way. they use water because some of the smoothies are so thick, but I don't want my smoothie to be watery. it can be faster and more convenient for them than the worker to pour, but I'm tired of having made it again, just being disappointed.
