I went to look for a basic slice of pizza. I noticed that the young person working behind the counter was handling the food without gloves. I immediately left and went to another place. It was absolutely disgusting and I would definitely not recommend it.

The card reader was not working, so we couldn't use our debit or credit cards. The server was unfriendly as we waited to be seated. By the time we were finally able to place our order, the Stromboli was cold and tough, like a rock. The pizza also arrived cold and was barely edible.

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. After a long day of baseball, my son and I ordered a chicken wing pizza for delivery to our hotel at 8:15. However, when the supplier arrived, they only had a small bag of chicken wings. Despite my attempts to refuse the incorrect order, the supplier insisted that it was what the restaurant had given them. Thankfully, the delivery driver Henry from DoorDash was very helpful and went back to the restaurant to retrieve the correct order for me. Unfortunately, the situation took a turn for the worse when I was told by DoorDash that I needed to cancel my original order in order to receive a new one. I reluctantly complied and placed a new order, with an estimated time of arrival of 9:55. However, when the new driver called me at 9:55, they claimed they did not have my pizza. After contacting the supplier company, they communicated with the restaurant, Villa, who assured them that my pizza had been taken by the previous driver and that I should have received it. Sadly, I never received either of my orders and ended up going without dinner that night. To add insult to injury, I was only offered a $12 discount, which I cannot use as I am not from this area. It is clear that this restaurant does not prioritize customer satisfaction.

There 50 minutes before closing for a few sandwiches, was said that she couldn't do it because she was already cleared up. this is the second time that we went there a lot of time before closing and were limited to only old dried pizza that sits there for hours.
