"One of the places in the area that had opened a kitchen in the afternoon. The decor is a little old-fashioned. We ordered bites (chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, onion rings... and salads and everything was absolutely amazing. Service was super fast, but grumpy, that's the reason I don't have a 5 star rating."

"Excellent service: fast, friendly and very tasty meat! the atmosphere is secret, we were served extra supplements like bratkartoffeln directly from the pan without being extra charged what was super positiw! we also arrived without reservation, as we have just stopped driving, place was crowded, but we were offered a place anyway. excellent unpublished experience. recommended!"

"Showed up quite late for dinner (late in to our hotel) and had to order off the abbreviated menu. I had a pork bratwurst (can't remember if they called it that or something else) and it was quite good. Service was good. Atmosphere was nice. Had a few drinks. Very convivial, a large crowd of folks celebrating in the corner. Overall, I enjoyed the meal. Would go back if I were back in Bettmeralp."

"We came across this place on our last morning in the area. we caught the gondola up from Lauterbrunnen and then the train to Murren and then the cable car to Gimmelwald. We popped in for some quick refreshment before heading back. What was lovely was the barman came from Cornwall not far from us and my husband ended up having a good chat about rugby. Will definitely call again next time!"

"We have ordered two beers and while waiting for the food, the waitress spilled out one of our beer and instead of apologizing she did not say anything. We had to ask to get one beer replaced with a new one and instead of apologizing and just take a new one, she took indeed a new one but she simply replaced the one we had on the table and which we started already. VERY BAD SERVICE, HORRIBLE PLACE."
