It is New Year's Eve 1999 in Bar on Four, the always packed bar and restaurant in the Neiman Marcus Men's Department, fourth floor. Yelp tip: Yes, you eat here! Money is not an object. I have to give a one star. As I've been here 3 times now. And every single time, the bartender is soooo rude (hunter) and awful. I thought it was just towards me the last 2 times. But today I watched him treat everyone like an inconvenience. Treated everyone like a bother as he huffed and puffed around. Never seen such a thing.
