It is a very creative and daring cook, but also with a fine aesthetic expression. The aged beef retreat was better than many Wagyus I cost. The staff is attentive, helpful and very efficient. The ambience was warm with a decor that is different and distinctive; not pompous, but modern and elegant. Well, with the visit and very merit of a Michelin star."
