Went with a friend for afternoon tea with a voucher. Both of us are fairly frequent customers, so were looking forward to it. Long wait to get a coffee given cafe 1/4 full. It’s staff cleaning store making lots of noise wheeling rubbish bins about sweeping the floor. No customer welcome or customer service felt uncomfortable. Real shame given great surroundings and decoration. read more.
