read moreI finally ate Gluten free baklava after 11 years being celiac! They have two types: one with walnuts and with pistachio.
Tried the gf baklava and in my opinion it’s nothing special. Quite a hard pastry and sickly sweet syrup with crushed nuts. I’m in no rush to try it again.
