What Eloisa Cormier doesn't like about Les Caves de la Madeleine:
This restaurant used to be a little gem. Unfortunately for at least July and August they've re-positioned themselves as somewhere to sit to watch the Son et Lumiere. The food was disappointing and poor value for the prices. Service was slow too but that wouldn't...matter to people coming for the Son et Lumiere. It's become a tourist trap. We have every sympathy with places trying to make money to compensate for Covid... View all feedback.
Always as excellent for years we return often and we are never disappointed the map changes over the seasons with good refined dishes made home and delicious do with good fresh products! service and reception are very good. for a ratio quality price nothing to say
Wonderful address. charming refined plates and more than reasonable prices located on a square away from traffic
Bravo to the chef! The proposals for small vegetables-style accompaniments are amazing and accompany the dishes perfectly. The bull's **** is beautiful. Duck eminence also. A treat. decidedly, good restaurants on the Place de la Madeleine !and to finish, the quality ratio price is rarely as low.
On a pretty terrace overlooking the square, the church of the madeleine on our left, we spent an excellent time. a seasonal menu, succulent asparagus, a fresh and well cooked dorade, a fine strawberry pie for dessert. we recommend this restaurant of region.
A real gustative pleasure with a top team than happiness with great attention and intentions the finesse and subtlety of well chosen dishes, thanks for this beautiful reception robert
