Hookah is the best thing they offer in this dharmsala area..too expensive though nd we usually come here from our heavly medical study to get some sanity nd sereity...u should come here once for the experience...although not upto the mark but still have enough charm nd sentipen to visit this place.. What User doesn't like about Xcite:
We just had a drink here and did not eat. You can also do shisha which a number of people were doing. Xcite is on the third floor and there is an unpleasant smell in the stairs going up. Once upstairs we had a couple of drinks which were priced ok before leaving. Music was loud and not to my taste but im sure it appealed to others View all feedback.
