We ordered a 2.5kg Cake for small family function. The cake was delivered VERY LATE and in UNFINISHED state(after repeatedly reminding them not to keep the top bare as in design that we selected). We had to decorate it with rose petals on top so that it doesn't look bare. The base we ordered was Vanilla-White chocolate which was TASTELESS. Good service. I wanted to book a cake for birthday and since the store is far away from my home, I tried to connect with them by phone and they shared designs and prices etc. on WhatsApp and I was able to book the cake and pay easily by online methods. The cake was as expected. I'm very happy with my experience.

Ambiance is soothing and theme is also good. If you are looking for beautiful customized cakes for a occasion or event then Baker's castle should be your stop. Great taste, good ambience, seats are less and closely placed. Must try cheese maggi, fries were delicious too, very crispy, smoothie and cheesecake were good as well. Prices are okay. Good place for casual hangouts.
