At Chaska, there is an outdoor stand where a chef prepares vegetable cutlets and samosas. Following the recommendation of a local family dining there, I ordered these dishes and enjoyed them in the cozy indoor lounge. The cutlets and samosas were served with a variety of chutneys and a yogurt-based dish. The food was delicious and authentic. The staff, though they spoke little English, were charming.
