The service is very poor staff didn't know how to talk to customer, or to deal with them, even the guy who is sitting on the bill desk is very rude and arrogant, I had visited many places of sagar gaire and the staff whom which I had deal yet they actually know the meaning of hospitality they are running such a huge food chain outlet and dealing with their rules and with this kind of behavior I can just say it's mine...
