"Warm welcome and friendly staff. The food was prepared with love and was served very quickly. Top price-performance ratio. A short detour to Schori's Bahnhof Restaurant is definitely worth it. "The establishment had a sign showing that they serve warm food from 11:30-21:45, hence why we chose this place. When we went inside, we were told that they only serve from their small menu, and from it, even only a small section of it was possible. We requested to speak to the “boss”, who then told us that they’re short on staff on Tuesdays and it’s production day. After we replied that THAT is not our problem, she retorted with arrogance that we should go somewhere else. One of our professional backgrounds was in the hospitality industry (working in different countries too , and hearing such arguments that are even so weak (even coming from “the boss”! is an absolute no-go. In any case, arrogance in the “hospitality” industry is a paradox — it defies its meaning."
