Had a small problem with my machine (which turned out to be my fault, not the machines! and so emailed them. They replied almost instantly and tried doing some manual resets over the phone. When that didnt work, they sorted out collection of my machine, repaired and dropped it back all within less than a week, keeping me informed all the way through. Amazing service, would highly recommend: View all feedback.
