"We went in by chance because we were hungry and the restaurant looked cozy. We were happy surprised. The menu is simple, the food is very delicious. We cooked pepper steak and mussels both fresh and well. The staff was very helpful in food allergies and they could cook accordingly. We recommend"

"Amazing little gem in Marburg. Friendly hospitality who take time to serve you. We booked the upper floor for 12 ppl and they came up the stairs several times to take more orders and deliver them. Amazing galettes/crêpes. Try the cider, it 's sweet! Take note that they have only 2 grill plates: one for crêpes, one for galette. So according to Breton custom the food will not arrive all at once! Eat while still warm and delicious :D"

"This is the big thing in the sleepy town of Cappel, a new pizza place. When we arrived for dinner on a week night, the place was half full. It took us a good 10 mins for a menu to be given to us, another 10 mins for our order to be taken and another 30 mins for the food to be delivered to the table. We can see through to the kitchen, there were several ‘chefs’ but yet orders seemed to be delayed. Our bruschetta and pizza were good, tasted fresh but not exceptional. Service was slow and the waiter didn’t give me my change back; I admit it was EUR0.50 but it was a matter of principle. I would have left it anyway but with the waiter assuming I didn’t want the change back really annoyed me."

"This place is a wonderful café with delicious, inventive food and friendly waitstaff. We were in Marburg for the weekend and came back to this place for three separate meals. Some things e.g., mini apple tart and the watermelon salad were so good we had them at more than one meal; but, when we tried some new things pasta, salad with chicken we were again pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Conveniently located just 100m from the very busy, very loud main market square, the café 's location was quieter but still allowed lots of people watching. On hot summer days (and evenings) they are also well sheltered from the sun and there was always a nice breeze coming up the street. I cannot recommend this place enough."

"It is a modern ice cream parlour. the lamps hanging from the ceiling regularly change their colour. the ice cream is really very good, excellent! espreso too. the service is rather poor since the staff does not seem to be a team or at least...to have a coordination. apart from that, good location for a break during the visit of this nice little town"
