Too many poorly behaved, unsupervised children whose parents are clearly lacking self-awareness. Darts were all over the floor in pieces, kids were climbing down the gutters of the bowling alley, etc. The place felt like some combination of cafeteria and playground. Management needs to be trained and empowered to deal with these types of situations. View all feedback.
