What Katie B likes about Niseko Ramen:
Eh, this ramen was okay but not great. There really aren't a lot of food options in the area though, so if you're craving ramen/ Asian, Niseko is a decent pick. The noodles were soft and lacked the bounce I want from ramen noodles. The broth was decent but nothing special. If this restaurant were in NYC, I'd skip it.
