Taco villa has the worst customer service right now. I went to get lunch from them and while I was ordering the lady taking my order was laughing and talking to someone while I’m ordering and was rushing me the whole time. Almost every time I go to Big Spring, I will stop and lunch at Taco Villa. I always enjoy the food. It's hot fast and fresh. The lady waiting for us was kind and helpful. So I want to thank her. By the way, she was Melanie Ann.
Service was great! We placed a big order and the whole food was hot and ready!!

Order a bean and cheese Burrito. At dinner a piece of wood was mixed and my gums cut. I tried to make them aware, but no answer.
I'm giving them 5 stars to counter the idiots on here giving a business bad reviews because of 1 screw up after eating here and loving it their whole life. Yeah, this place needs a little management correction, they could keep the kitchen cleaner and more organized, but you know what...I STILL LOVE TV AND GO EVERY CHANCE I GET. I grew up on this stuff there in Big Spring. This location has never messed my order up once, my food has always been satisfying. Thanks guys!!!! I know they will iron out the little flaws but even if they don't, I'll be back again and again and again. Taco Villa for life baby!!!!!
