Кухня не впечатлила вообще, один кусок мяса в салате вообще попался с реальным запахом не первой свежести и вкусом таким же. Бульон вкусный, но хинкали никакие в нем. Люди заходят, а обслуживающего персонала ну просто нет. Пришло время рассчитаться, ждали ждали, пошла искать хоть кого нибудь. В итоге в соседней зале толпа народу, а ни одного человека из персонала. Сложилось впечатление, что 2 человека на весь ресторан. В итоге забежала девушка и пока она отвечала посетителям новым что то, мы попросили расчет, дали денег вышло, что с чаевыми, так как просто не хотелось еще час ждать сдачи . Жаль хотелось уюта и вкуснятины, а не вышло. 3, только за хозяина ресторана, который делает много добрых дел и помогает детям, а так бы поставила 1. Цены по киевским меркам конечно низкие, но радости от цен никакой, лучше дороже, но вкусно и приятное обслуживание."
