Few guests arrived 15mins before 8pm but the bald guy waiter said only open at 8pm and we waited outside in the cold. At 8pm the guests were still waiting outside expecting the waiter to open the door to greet the waiting guests outside.. but the bald waiter, a guy and lady waiter were just chatting away at the bar near the entrance.
