"What can I say, the Auberge du chateau was a needed arrival in Loudenville and boy did it deliver. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming with an open fire on which meat in often cooked in front of you. The food is brilliant mountain grub with a protein packed menu that also caters to vegetarians, a feature not often seen in this part of france."

"After a search for restaurants doomed to failure since 8:30, we found comfort in this restaurant where the boss has been very nicely served us to take away although the service is over. No regrets because the dishes were very good and the home fact really feels. It is a pleasure to come back and taste the other specialities on the menu."
