This is beyond a doubt the best Chinese place in Billings. The tip is to go on a Friday or Saturday evening...a little more money but the buffet on the weekend...

My family and I love love love Four Seas. We have eaten there since it opened. They have authentic Chinese food, it is great!

Had General Gau's chicken and Cashew chicken. Not really horrible, but not very good either. I'd have been happier for less money at the Arby's across the parki...

"Very hit or miss. The Summer Salad was crazy good, but then we got a chicken sandwich that was a soggy mess. Went today and there was one table with 11 people, and one other table with 2 people. They told it would be an hour wait for food due to the 11 top. Not really understanding how it takes an hour to make food for a dozen people. Maybe short staffed, but disappointing. Half the time I come here I wish I hadn't, the other half it's great."

"In the regular part of the restaurant, their Chinese food is great, and always worth going to. In the hibachi section, I've only been once, but the food was really, really good. While it was pricey, the portions of the rice, noodles and vegetables were HUGE. So, overall, it was certainly fairly priced. I left stuffed."

"We've been here for seven years since we moved 5 weeks ago. The 6 different pizzas we had are absolutely delicious. Service is excellent. My one question is that her Taco COLD is served. When I told the waitress that she was cold, she was very apologetic and said, "as he served them, she liked to replace them with soup."

"When driving on 1. Ave South there is a reason that traffic is secured in the small Burger shop called Kings Hat. This place is a local jewel and is definitely worth waiting. The flying Cheeseburger is like everything here. Before you go to any chain restaurant, always go locally, especially with this place. There's a reason they've been here for so long. Muy bueno!!!"
