Our cashier was very friendly and welcoming, answered our questions professionally. The food was made fresh when we ordered, and wasn't a long wait at all. There seemed to be a lot of attention to detail in regards to the food, it was hot and fresh, and seemed to be made with REAL ingredients, unlike some popular chains. What Scott Burst doesn't like about Kal's Chicken Coop:
I went under the new ownership and I will not be back. The food has changed for the worse. The buns are smaller and more dense, the fries are different and not worth the money. But most importantly the chicken is different and for the price, the portion size is not what it was before the buyout. Less sauce, dry and bland.
