"A very good address. Everything is homemade or taken from a craftsman (pain, burger bread, ice cream) My beet/hever foam was delicious. Well balanced. We did not feel too much beet and goat did not come to miss all taste. Parmesane eggplants were perfect: well cooked eggplants and fresh tomato coulis with a good dose of parmesan.
