Kim at the front desk is always so friendly and welcoming. The pool needs some cleaning and the hot tub needs a lot of repairs. Very sad to see the property going downhill so quickly. The employees working the pool area are rude and usually stand inside blocking the doors and snaps when asking about towels no pool towels for 3 hours is unacceptable at such a facility read more.

It was OK. We were getting in late, we actually missed our connecting flight due to delays, so we called the hotel 3 times to let them know so they would not cancel our reservation.....each time we were told a note was put on our reservation, showed up and our reservation was cancelled.
