we always dinate at ruth chris when we are in Biloxi. service, always eat at the top. this time, everything was out. starting from the service and further with food quality and preparation. server did not seem to care that gratin was not touched because it was not cooked properly and dry. truffle flies are also old and dry. Not our best experience tonight. Wait staff was great. Food was marginal not our regular Ruth’s meal.
