"I cannot recommend Remlik's. Despite oysters that have historically been pretty good and okay cocktails, the service has declined in recent years and the food has too. The calamari was greasy and inconsistently cooked, with an off aftertaste from the oil. The pasta and protein pairs across the board were outright bad with unpleasant sauces and what i can only hope was frozen chicken veal. The hosts esses were not very attentive to the handful of guests waiting for tables or those newly checking in. And the wait staff checked in very infrequently and rushed to step away after every interaction. When we spoke the first time, our waitress left immediately after we provided a drink order before we could mention our desire for apps. Service from the bar was slow to boot so we spent a long time waiting to order without drinks. Between that and the wait for a table despite arriving on time for our reservation and an almost empty dining room full of set tables it was a long, slow, disappointing experience for food we could not finish eating. Factoring in that we went elsewhere to eat after made this insanely expensive too, well beyond the $100 plus a head we spent to give them this last chance at proving binghamton with an upscale dining option."

"Honestly portions were tiny, hardly any gravy on the chicken and the eggs were broken and yolk everywhere. Im concerned about how they give you such a huge container with hardly any food. Regsrdless of size issues the food was good but in my opinion too much money for very like amount."
