S'Olivera is a restaurant located in Binissalem, a little town in the center of Majorca Island. I came here to eat a daily menu. I began with olives as starter, and I choose lentil and avocado salad as first dish, stewed tongue with capers as main dish (the best one), and a home-made cake as dessert. Also I drank water, a table red wine and a coffee with ice. Good daily menu. View all feedback.

"My husband says it was the best lamb he’s ever tasted, but overall being a tasting menu I’m impressed that I loved every single item, which is rare but the chef knows flavour! We happened upon it when the nearby cellar restaurant was closed on a Wednesday and we’re lucky enough to be given the last table. What a wonderful treat and we’ve left the restaurant’s cards in our hotel 10mins down the road in Selva so others can enjoy it. We later stayed at a 5* hotel and not one of their dishes came close to the taste. Wish we could go back!"

"Everyone was so friendly, easy to go and the food was amazing! Colorful, super delicious, different. And the aperitif cocktail was so good! Yum. We always try new restaurants and kitchens, and we were really impressed by this experience. Definitely come back when I am next in Palma!! And of course definitely recommend : !"

"Look no further for the best ice cream on the island of Mallorca and beyond, at least everywhere I've ever been anyway. We returned a second time and again on our final evening here, we only wish we discovered this place sooner to really make the most and try all of the different flavours! When we returned the second time we were treated to tasters and explanations about the ice cream making process and the importance of the ingredients. Really interesting to just listen, you won't want to leave!!! Clearly take great pride in their ice cream and the sourcing and importance of the ingredients that goes into them! If we ever return to Mallorca we will make sure to at least pass by just for the ice cream!!! Aaron(el sagitario...el paciente) and Renata(la Libra)"
