I waited for a terribly long time, over 20 minutes. I finally tapped on the window to ask if the window area was closed. That's when I took the picture. I was talking to the manager and tried to place an order. He waived his arms up and said he's off then left the building. 4.5 almost everytime ive went to this arbys ive had a good experience. The line moved quickly, i received my food fast it was good, the cashiers have been nice while still efficiently keepin drive thru goin.
