I'd heard good things about Casa Fiesta so we were close to it at dinner time and gave it a try. First of all, it's very clean. Not just Covid clean you could tell keeping a nice, buttoned up restaurant is in their culture. The chips are homemade light, thin and crispy, and the salsa has a just made fresh taste. This place is a joke. The food was decent but the service/management wasn't. Server was inattentive at best. Slow to get drinks and order and didn't check in really at all. Mostly was playing on her phone or flirting with another server. We ordered 2 large house margaritas, which has little to no tequila in them.
